If you prefer an all round jerk bait rod then look no further than the 6ft 6ins Power Jerk which has been designed specially to transfer the action from the rod to the lure with ease. It is perfect for fishing with medium to heavy jerk baits such as bulldawgs, squirrely berts and replicants. This rod punches out lures with ease and yet at the same time sets the hooks at any distance. It is a very versatile rod – ideal for casting and retrieving lures from boats but also good for bank fishing. This is a tip action rod capable of carrying braid up to 100lb breaking strain.
